It is not a template you copy — it is a ready-made tool that already exists in every theo account. And because theo has an MCP server, Claude can search, read and write your notes, with your permission.

Your notes, available to your AI assistant
Connect Claude to theo over MCP and it can find pages by title, read them, create new pages and append text — always after you approve the connection on theo's consent screen. You can disconnect at any time in Settings → Connections. See how to connect.
